Why This Coffee
Supercritical CO₂ extraction preserves aromatic complexity and flavour integrity better than Swiss Water or EA processes. No chemical residue. The preferred method for specialty-grade green coffee.
Almost all specialty decaf originates from Latin America or Ethiopia. Indian estates — grown at elevation, with distinct terroir — offer roasters a genuinely rare origin story for their decaf SKU.
Processed at our decaffeination facility in Hyderabad, India — not shipped green then processed in a third country. Shorter chain, better traceability, direct relationship from farm to roaster.

About
Specialty decaf is a gap most roasters tolerate rather than solve. We think that's a problem worth fixing. Indian specialty coffee — grown at elevation, processed with care — is largely invisible in the global decaf market. We're changing that.
Our CO₂ decaffeination facility in Hyderabad is one of the few specialty-capable plants in Asia. We work directly with Indian estates, process at source, and ship to a small number of roasters who want to offer something genuinely different on their menu.
